In this how to article we teach you how to install porcelain pavers – dry installation on gravel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps<\/p>

  1. Obstructions <\/strong>

    Remove grass, landscaping, and any other items from area and ensure that there will be at least 8\u201d to 10\u201d of gravel substrate beyond the perimeter of your paver locations<\/p> <\/li>

  2. Perimeter<\/strong>

    Create a raised perimeter or remove the top 3\u201d of top soil and install an edge restraint, making this substrate base as smooth and level as possible.<\/p> <\/li>

  3. Gravel<\/strong>

    Fill this area with 2\u201d of small aggregate gravel and then level out.<\/p> <\/li>

  4. Placement<\/strong>

    Place your pavers in the desired locations, using guides to evenly space and ensuring that there is at least 3\/16\u201d space in between.<\/p> <\/li>

  5. Ensure placement<\/strong>

    Tap pavers with a rubber mallet to ensure placement and make sure it is level.<\/p> <\/li>
