1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: How much does a box weigh?
A: Our Alaska White 2" Hexagon Polished Marble Mosaic Tile is available for purchase by the sheet, with each sheet weighing around 5 lb. Please be aware that the quantity per box will differ depending on the number of sheets ordered. -
Q: What is the size of an individual hex tile? Both measurements would be helpful.

Q: Can this be used as a countertop for an outdoor kitchen?
A: While it may be suitable for outdoor wall and outdoor floor use, I think it would be best to choose an option with less grout joints and more stain resistance for a counter top.A: Sharing my expertise as an interior designer, I would not recommend specifying this for a working countertop surface. Q: Are there matching trim pieces such as bullnose, pencil, etc?
A: Since the Collection does not include trim options, typically customers will tile from edge to edge and caulk the "gap" in the same caulking color as your grout, cut the large format tile down to Bullnose sizing, or use Schluter (metal edging). Q: Difficult to clean? I have three under 6 yes old. This will be for our downstairs restroom where visitors will use the restroom
A: For normal care and maintenance of stone tiles, clean stone surfaces with a few drops of neutral cleaner, stone soap, or a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. Use a clean soft cloth for best results. Too much cleaner or soap may leave a film and cause streaks. Do not use products that contain lemon, vinegar, or other acids on marble or limestone. Rinse the surface thoroughly after washing with the soap solution and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaners. -
Q: Would this tile be too slippery on a tile floor since it's polished?
