3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Q: Is there a coordinating trim tile or bullnose that goes with this tile?
A: We used a Schluter trim. -
Q: Can these be used around a fireplace?
A: Yes, this can be used around a fireplace.A: I’m not sure, I used it in the bathroom. I used Lines Greige 24x48 Matte Porcelain tile on the fireplace. Very happy with the results. -
Q: Is the outside thickness consistent around the tiles? I see Schluter strip applied in one of the installed photos, however my contractor saying this can't be done.
A: My contractor used Schluter strips and it worked fine and looks great.A: Yes. All consistent. It tapers down at the edge.A: Hi we had it installed in our kitchen and framed it in Schluter. No issues. Maybe your contractor doesn't know there's different sizes of Schluter or isn't skilled to do it. I hope you can use it because it definitely adds a nice edge - especially in a contrasting color like black. -
Q: Can this tile be drilled and/or nailed into after applied in wall?
A: This tile can be drilled into in accordance with TCNA guidelines.A: Although I did neither, from doing cutouts prior to application, the tile should take drilling okay. I would use a very small bit and tape the tile first. I would not try to nail anything. Practice on a scrap, first or drill before applying to the wall.

We love this tile; it's so cool with the subtle raised geometric patterns. We used it in our shower. A couple tiles came slightly damaged in shipment because they are thin tiles and therefore super-fragile. Tilebar was great with getting replacement tiles to us quickly and packaged extra securely.
