3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Can this tile handle heat? for backsplash behind a gas range?
A: That's where mine is and it seems to be doing just fine. However, be aware that this is a pattern and that the tiles fit together to make a pattern. They cannot be placed randomly. I didn't realize that and I ended up having to order 4 boxes just to finish the backsplash that extended from one side of the stove to the end of the counter. Ordinarily that would have been two boxes. If it's just behind the stove, you should be fine. Get the dimensions of one finished pattern and go from there.A: This tile can used in a backsplash installation, and will be able to withstand the heat. -
Q: For the protea pattern, is there a matching plain tile? I want to butt up to the mural with a tile that matches that will be my kitchen backsplash.

Q: How easy is it to clean in a shower? I'm concerned with the matt finish. Does it require a squeegee?
A: I just installed it in my shower 2 weeks ago and it's stunning! I had my grout sealed like the manufacturer recommends and there are no water spots at all. This time is a show stopper, don't hesitate. You will LOVE it!A: It’s very easy to clean - I have it in my shower and LOVE it 😍 -

Gorgeous tile!
Beautiful tile. When there was an issue with one of the boxes customer service addressed it right away and sent another box. We are thrilled with the look. It is a complete showstopper. Other tile is from Floor and Decor, using an off-white subway tile on the other walls, green penny tile on the floor, and quartz for the shower niche. We are so happy with the look.

Tile sent from the heavens
My husband and I were looking for something with a blue vintage look that was serene in our master shower. We fell in love with the samples but didn't want to overwhelm our three walls with it. We wanted this tile to pop. Once we got our sample tiles, it was easy to go to our local tile shop and pair a matching white. This tile has more grey undertones and pairs well with a nice blue and green as well. We are in love with this tile!
