3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Is the tile slippery when it gets wet?
A: This is a matte finish tile with a DCOF of 0.62 according to the specifications.A: If you get the matte finish, it is only a little slippery. I highly recommend against using the polished on any floor that will be getting wet. I just finished a project with the matte tile on a bathroom floor and it looks great. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the product in person, definitely looks like it was more expensive than it was. Client was super happy and tile sub said the product was easy to work with.A: Slightly but not dangerously. If nobody is running through on the wet floors it will be fine. I would say it gets just as slippery as all other tile that is in the bathroom when wet. It is beautiful tile.A: Yes - we have it on our bathroom floor and it does get slippery. -

Q: Is this tile translucent at all? I'm looking to create a backlit wall for a bar (ie: have an led light panel BEHIND the wall, so the light shows thru.

Gorgeous
Such a beautiful and elegant tile. I used this as the wall tile in my walk-in master bath and walk-in guest bath, accented with gold matte fixtures. The look is soothing and relaxing, exactly what a shower experience should be. The white background brings focus to the lovely veins of color that melt away at the edges, which made the tile very easy to match for installation. I am very happy with this tile and for the money, it exudes a very classy and expensive look.
