1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Fordham Bianco White - I received samples and would like to use this tile with a Navy vanity. I have an alcove tub/shower. I wanted to tile this area white using white tile with a strip of mosaic tile that have blues, whites, grey/black. Is there a 12 x 24 while tile that you can recommend which will work with the Fordham Bianco? Thank you!

Q: Would the color work with a Navy vanity?
A: Yes, this tile would work with just about any color especially with your navy.A: Yes, this will work beautifully with a navy vanity. If you do not want it to feel too "cool/cold," selecting warmer wood tones and metal finishes will work well to balance the room. Be careful when selecting finishes if you go this route since bright brass or golds will create a dated look. Instead warmer finishes like antique brass or try bronze will be more timeless and be more unisex.

A: This is a great tile! I have used it many times. Its only available from tile bar. this is porcelain tile and there are many manufacturer all over the world. I am a designer and buy most of my tile from tile bar. -
