Q: Is this suitable for a steam shower?

Q: This seems like a heavy tile for walls. How did u install? Any issues?
A: Very heavy and tough to install. If you do this yourself, make sure you have a wet tile saw and at least 1 helper. You also need to have the right thin set for heavy tile.A: Hard for me to say as my contractor worked his magic! It is very heavy and I don’t think it was easy to do so I din’t think it is for a beginner! I put it all the way to the ceiling (15 feet) on my fireplace wall! But no issues and I liove it!A: Very heavy and hard to install but if you have experienced people you can do it -
Q: I will have some edges and a window that needs to be trimmed out. Can anyone using this product suggest trim options .(KENRIDGE RIBBON WHITE )?
A: Since the Collection does not include trim options, typically customers will tile from edge to edge and caulk the "gap" in the same caulking color as your grout, cut the large format tile down to Bullnose sizing, or use Schluter (metal edging). Schluter options we offer are linked below: https://www.tilebar.com/collection/tile-accessories/tile-edges.html.A: We just used a wider schluter edge piece for the cut end edges. I believe we tiled to the window in the shower and used miter cuts at the corners instead of the schluter detail. -
Q: Would love floor tile suggestions to coordinate with the Ribbon White color for a small bathroom. Ideas?

Q: Is this tile hard to keep clean?
A: Porcelain tile is resistant to germs and bacteria and it is also among the easiest of flooring materials to clean. You can clean your porcelain tile with a damp sponge mop. A solution of 1/4 cup of white vinegar to 2 gallons of water works best – allow time for drying. You can also sweep or vacuum. Although porcelain tile is by definition impervious, it is still possible for its surface to discolor. The following instructions explain how to clean porcelain tile surfaces.
For cleaning unpolished surfaces, follow these instructions:
Sweep or vacuum dust and debris from the floor. When sweeping, use a soft-bristle broom and sweep in 2 directions. First follow the direction of the tile, and then sweep diagonally. This will ensure the removal of all foreign material that might be residing in the texture.
Saturate the tile with a neutral cleaning solution, such as vinegar, with hot water and stir. Allow the cleaning solution to remain on the floor 5 – 10 minutes. Scrub the floor with a brush; again using a two-direction method.
Rinse the floor with clean, clear water to remove the cleaning solution.
For high traffic locations, it is recommended to clean the floor at least once per day and wet mop at regular intervals.
Always Remember:
Do not clean tile flooring with ammonia or with cleaners that contain bleach and/or acid. Acid and ammonia based cleaners may modify grout color.
Do not use wax, oil-based, abrasive cleaners, or sealants.
Agents that contain any dyes or colors are not recommended.
Use rugs at entrances to prevent dirt and grit from being tracked onto the tile flooring from outdoors.
Do not use steel wool pads, because loose steel particles may create rust stains in the grout.A: Very easy to keep clean. The ridges are not deep so a simple sponge or rag cleans it easily!A: Not at all! Hardly any grout linesA: I put this tile in my kids’ shower. The minimal grouting makes it really easy to keep clean and it doesn’t show water spots like something shiny would.A: I used it on my fireplace wall so it doesn’t need real cleaning. Q: What color grout is used in this picture? With the white?
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Bright White Grout.A: I installed Ribbon White and for grout used Prism #545 Bleached WoodA: Go for an off white color, more closely to beige. The tile is not pure white. It has a gray-ish hue and a beige color. -

Fantastically HUGE tiles!
MASSIVE tiles! I was surprised when the delivery came. Make sure to order more than 15% extra. With these gigantic tiles, 15% might not actually give you any extra. I had exactly enough, and with enough patience was able to get everything perfect first try, but an unskilled tile setter might want a few as a backup.
They look fabulous installed, though! Well worth the effort. Just be cautious if you are DIYing, they are a bit of a bear to cut and install. -

Gorgeous tile. Love the limited grout lines. Contractor did not have any issues installing. The style does make a niche tricky...but we decided to use the same quartz as the shower floor so it wasn't an issue for us. Easy to keep clean. Just a note - the individual tiles are heavy. I think they come 2 tiles/box (approx 180 lbs per box).
