3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: What is the ratio to mix 3D and flat tiles to get the movement look?
A: All of the pieces of the Kent White 3x12 Contour 3D Picket Polished Ceramic Wall Tile are 3D.A: There are no flat tilesA: There are no flat tiles, they are all the same. -
Q: What’s the max and minimum thickness? We’re there any issues with finishing trim or outlets not fitting because of the different thicknesses?
A: We trimed with metal 1/2 inch tile edge and it worked great and outlets were fine!A: I don't have exact measurements but it did not present us any issues with outlet fittings. Trims were a bit more complicated but still doable -
Q: Is this a true white?
A: This is definitely a white white, actually my cabinets are warm white and there is clear contrast with the tiles. I am in the process of painting them white so that they match the backsplash (tile). I really love the tile. It adds a lot of interest to the kitchen.A: I strongly recommend ordering a sample. I would not call these a warm white as that note indicates a little hint of another color to tap down the white. I would call it a true white. I have white cabinets and they match up well with the color. This white is the one that if a smudge is on it you can clearly see it, warm white (for me) a smudge is a bit more difficult to spot.A: Is it a bright white? No. It is a little warmer than that, I love it, however and did an entire wall in it.
Would suggest that you order a sample. That’s what I did and you can then decide if it works for you.A: There are many types of ‘true white.’ I would say, yes, this is a clean white with a bit of warmth, not a blue white. It looks great with my blue tile floor and Benjamin Moore Simply White painted trim.A: Yes, it's a nice crisp bright whiteA: It is, the picture doesn’t represent the actual white that it is. -
Q: How does the Kent 3D look horizontal?
A: Looks beautiful either way.A: Looks amazing, I completely happy with how it turned out horizontally. Highly recommend!A: I used mine vertical. But, if you do some sleuthing on the internet, you’ll see similar ones horizontal. Still awesome! There’s another 3D similar to this in TileBar, that they show horizontal. -
Q: Do these come on a sheet or what helps keep installation level and straight?
A: These are individual tiles, fortunately they are a decent size but still it takes time and patience. I used a laser level and it worked well along with spacers. You may want to keep in mind that because they are raised it’s a little more time consuming while grouting as well. I highly recommend a small float.A: They are not attached via a mesh, They are individual which has to be applied as such. You will need spacers and establish a level line to ensure each is applied evenly.A: These are individual tiles they are not mosaic tiles and do not come on a sheet. They will need to be leveled by hand. I was also not able to use a leveling system for them, only spacersA: These tiles come as individual tiles. You will need a vertical and horizontal guide line and use a level at intervals to make sure they are straight.A: I used them in my bath as a full feature wall to the ceiling. Use spacers and vertical alignment lines. Not on a sheet.A: These are individual tiles, that hand set by a professional tile installer. They will use spacers and laser levels typically, to keep it even and level. -
Q: what end piece tile can I order to match my tiles?
