3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing terrazzo or cement tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Can we install this tile in a shower enclosure would this work?
A: It is only Recommended Bathroom Walls not inside a showerA: It is extremely porous; I would recommend it for neither shower walls or shower floors. Soap/Shampoo residue would be impossible to remove. Try one of the harder terrazzo options: they all have a satin finish, and maybe work in a pink-toned glass mosaic. Best of luck 😊 -
Q: What is the exact tile size? I see it says 3x16 but the sample tile I got is smaller than that, only 2.5" wide.
A: The actual tile size is 3x16. -
Q: I plan on installing the pink tile on a bathroom wall, behind the vanity and toilets. Is this a suitable application? Will the tile absorb water spillage and get stained? If so, is there a sealant or waterproof coating you recommend for this purpose?
A: This can be installed on a bathroom wall. Terrazzo and cement are naturally porous, so use a stone impregnating sealer to keep your installation protected. How often you need to reapply sealer will depend how high the traffic is in the area. Find a matching cleaner that will not remove the sealer. There are harsher cleaners available in case of an accident, but they must be used carefully by following all instructions. Always test a nonvisible area before using a product on the whole space.

Beautiful but order more that you think
Beautiful once on but very very delicate. Out of the 5 boxes we ordered, two came with most tiles broken. Tilebar was great at sending replacements though. Very porous so definitely needs to be sealed.
