3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Q: why is the thickness the talent listed ? how can you plan finishes dimensions of your build without this detail ? Can yo tell me the thickness of the tile.
A: I find that the thickness is important if you are butting two different tiles next to each other. ie: 3/4" vs 1/2" vs 1/4" ... if that is the case, they don't line up and the installer may need to add a backing. That drives up the cost of install. The other detail is for how the edges will be addressed in the install. -
Q: Would this tile go with greige or even more beige undertones?
A: I have a moody, jungle-ish dark green paint on the surrounding walls. At first I went with a light grey, but it felt washed out next to these beautiful tiles, the darker paint definitely makes a more dramatic statement. I think these tiles have cool undertones, beige is a warmer color. Have fun and experiment :)A: Yes. My floor is beige looks beautiful. Trying to upload a pic but I can but yes. It is gorgeousA: We used a paint color called “Alpaca” and it accents the tile beautifully. It is a light griege… more grey than beige tho.

I love the color and pattern but plan your install carefully! We wound up having to order more tile twice, which added a lot of shipping cost. Also, because of how the pattern repeats, we needed 7 tile A and 5 tile B, which meant paying for two [very expensive] unused tiles. It would be nice if they offered a single-tile option.

Take note for layout-
Box comes with one Pattern A and one Pattern B.
PA aligns vertically with PA and horizontally with PB.
Same for PB, aligns vertically with itself and only horizontally with the other.
One box can only get you 4' wide by 4' tall.
Two boxes gets you 4' wide by 8' tall.
Must order even number of boxes for 8' height. -
