When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: Does the sumatra blend multicolor have more blue or green?
A: Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will help you acquire samples to ensure the color fits your project requirements.A: The photo online is pretty representative but i might say that there do seem to be a tad more greenish hues about. I really like this product and have it installed on wall in shower and as countertop in same bath. Looks great. I sealed the stones prior to install.A: This is exactly as pictured. Very neutral, maybe pulls slightly green.A: You get a lot of green when wet I don’t recall this mix having any blue. It was a job for a client a few years ago.A: If I had to say I would say it is more grey and green than blue, but the overall effect is just a very natural color palette. I agree it is very much as it appears in the picture.A: The color is subtle but I would say my shower leans more blue than green if I had to choose. The tile is much more about the texture than the colors which are broken up nicely.A: The tile appears very much like it does in this photo. Really not blue or green, although there are these shades in there. It is multi colored and frankly reads more grey than anything after being wet, in particular. -

A: 3/8 maxA: Hi, I just measured an extra square. It is 3/8-inch thick (about 9 mm, just a smidge under a cm). -
Q: Can this tile be installed inside a pool underwater?
A: Hi! The tile is not recommended for pool areas.A: We used this tile for our shower floor. I assume the tile, since it is made of natural rock would work in a pool. My concern would be the grout holding up well. Because the rocks are not uniform in size the grout lines are large. -
Q: is this product marble?
A: This is made out of pebble stone.A: This is not marble, it’s various river bed type stonesA: They look like flat, smooth pebbles. They don’t look like marble.A: Stones like in a river bed.A: No. It’s stone. Using it in a shower. It comes in on a mesh sheetA: Not marble. Stone. Rocks, all various and really cool!A: Nope. It's all different rocks but I don't think any of them are marble. -
Q: Can I use this material around a pool patio, along the pool's edge edge/decking? We are in the NE and often have weeks of freezing temperatures.
A: Yes, this product can be used outdoors. -
