3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

A: Yes! I used it as a backsplash for my 12" x 12" shower niches and it looks amazing.A: Yes - absolutely gorgeous, but it is real marble, so I wouldn’t use behind cooktop/range (staining). Q: Do the white marble parts (the parts surrounding the colored marble diamonds) have gray veins in them? Or are they pure white?

Q: Is the tile slippery for a shower floor? The sample I ordered is gorgeous but I am worried about someone falling as it looks shiny and polished
A: Our Nola Multicolor 2x2 Polished Marble Mosaic Tile is suitable for shower floor application. -
Q: What size spacers with this tile?
A: As small as possible…it’s a mosaic so really already determined as they are on sheets. -
Q: Do you have any border tiles for this like pencil tiles?
A: This collection does not come with a matching pencil liner but you can try our Thassos 1x12 Marble Pencil Liner. -
Q: Do you need to use a marble sealant with this?
A: After the stone is installed, and grouted, seal the stone with an appropriate high quality breathable stone sealer, to minimize water absorption, efflorescence, and potential staining. We recommend our polished sealer for polished stone. If necessary, a color enhancer may be applied to bring out the true color of the stone at any time after grouting. Follow sealer manufacturer's installation instructions. Reseal tile when the stone gets darker or as needed.A: it is natural marble , so i would use a good sealant -

Bought this for our kitchen backsplash and overall LOVE it. However, I noticed that the second batch we ordered for another wall had some ceramic tile with a marble veneer. I still love it and will use it, just felt weird for them to make that change without any notice.

Beautiful, quality tile
Really beautiful in person! This tile turned out absolutely perfect. I had been hunting for something with color in a style I like for AGES. It was easy to cut and install. I had a few issues with chips and cracks in some pieces but it was easy enough to replace those few with individual squares from other sheets.

The perfect tile!
My kitchen was ho-hum without a backsplash. I didn't like cabinets or the color of the granite countertop, but unless I wanted to spend a fortune to replace them (and put up with the mess!) I needed a way to brighten the space and make the kitchen more inviting. The Nola Multicolor Marble Mosaic tile is my "happy tile" because every time I step into the kitchen now, I can't help but smile. It pulls together the cabinets, backsplash, and granite into one cohesive unit and adds a real pop of joy to the space. Absolutely LOVE this tile. I think it's the perfect balance of modern and classic for my vintage home. Other homes in my neighborhood sometimes have original marble 'crazy paving' of similar tones in the entryway so I felt it was the perfect choice. Grout is Mapei's 'Frost' color.
