1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Busy but beautiful
I was a little bit nervous installing this tile for fear it would look "too busy". I had several "oh no, what did I just do?! Moments - we've all been there. Once it was all finished, the various colors blend beautifully and allow for several options of decor and contrasting. I'm very pleased with the tile after seeing the finished product. I used a similar design in the no-threshold shower, just larger sized tiles.

Stunning Tile with One Safety Caveat
We chose this tile for our bathroom remodel, and it is absolutely stunning! The dramatic veining and marble-look design create a high-end, cohesive look that really opens up the space and makes it feel luxurious. The flow from wall to floor is seamless and beautifully done.
Although it's advertised as floor-rated, I've found it to be extremely slippery when wet. Because of this, I plan to apply Stone Grip to improve traction and make the area safer-especially in a wet zone like this.
Despite that one drawback, I truly love this tile and the transformation it brought to our space. -
