3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Q: A couple questions:
- Some people say use spacers ( one person said 1/16, the other 3/8) and then others say you don't need them, would someone be able to explain the differences in opinion?
- These tiles are not uniform, what grout size has worked best, 1/16? 1/8? What do I tell my tile person (even though he should know but I would like to know as well).
- The tiles are being installed horizontal in a shower so the bullnose will not work, what looks best on the edges?
- Does the grout get sealed, the grout and the tile, or doesn't need to be sealed at all? -
Q: what is the best way to clean portmore tiles in a bathroom ?
A: Hi! Keeping an installation looking new is not as difficult as you may think. Regular cleaning of the area with a neutral PH non-acidic cleaner should do the job. There are harsher cleaners available in case of an accident, but they must be used carefully by following all instructions. Always test a non-visible area before using a product on the whole space. Use a sealer on the grout to protect it from dirt and stains. -
