1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.
- Ensure proper Safety – PPE (ex: Gloves)
Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: Can I use this tile on the front of fireplace (gas) over brick?
A: Yes, we don’t have this particular one on our fireplace but we do have glass tile and it’s perfectly fine. As for the marble, we have marble (also not this tile - we have this in our shower) on our fireplace in our master and also perfect. Q: Can this tile be used on shower floors?
A: This tile is not recommended for use on floors or in showers.A: No, I suggest using it for a wall or fireplace. I specifically bought this tile for my fireplace. -
Q: Are these available anywhere in the uk?
A: We do apologize for the inconvenience, but TileBar does not ship orders internationally at this time. What we can do is ship (for $10) to a freight forwarder of your choice within the continental U.S., but you will be responsible for the shipping charges and arranging the transit from the freight forwarder to your location. A: Each sheet of this tile measures 9.64 inches x 11.10 inches. There are four hexagons per sheet. You can see the photo of the single sheet by scrolling through the photos on the product page. -

Q: Does this tile come sealed?
A: This tile is not pre-sealed. Must be sealed by the customer. I would recommend sealing it twice per year. -
Q: Can these tiles be installed in high heat areas?
A: Yes, absolutely!! -
Q: Will the gold wear or chip off if used on the floor?
A: This tile can be used in a floor quite beautifully. With that said, please be advised that marble, by its nature, can be scratched if on a floor with heavy traffic over time. The scratches, however do add character to the marble as well as to its beauty. That goes for the gold as well. -
Q: Can this tile be used for shower walls?
A: I purchased this for my shower and have yet to install, but my contractor assured me it is perfect as it will go on the walls and is already polished and sealed. Let me assure you the tile is gorgeous in person and the customer service is outstanding.A: Whilst it can be used on a shower wall, it is not recommended to do so due to moisture affecting the finish and wear of the marble in the tile. Proceed with caution. -
