3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: How thick is this tile for ordering schluter?
A: The thickness is around 7mm. -
Q: What size spacers can I use for a herringbone style for my kitchen backsplash? I'm using white grout.

Q: Does this tile need to be sealed for shower use?
A: No. It does not.A: Hi! Keeping an installation looking new is not as difficult as
you may think. Regular cleaning of the area with a neutral
PH non-acidic cleaner should do the job. -
Q: Are the short edges glazed?
A: The glaze covers part of the side of the tile, not all.A: Mine are not glazed. We used a small metal edging to finish and really love the look. Great quality and a nice matte finish instead of glossy.A: No -
Q: How many tiles come in one box?
A: This material is sold 30 pieces per box. -
Q: Is this bright white color or off white color? What color grout did you use?
A: It is a true white. We used a charcoal colored grout with a herringbone pattern.A: The London White 3x9 tile is a bright white. These tiles are a back splash in our remodeled kitchen. The quartzite counter tops are a busy pattern, so the grout we chose was white. -
Q: Is there a bullnose tile you'd recommend to go with this since there isn't a coordinating one?

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout. -
Q: Is this a glazed tile? I'm looking for a low sheen / matte finish, but would like the tile to be glazed and less porous.
A: This material is matte finish.A: Definitely a glazed tile with a matte finish but also has a subtle sheen to it. Very nice - sounds like just what you're looking for -
Q: Are the edges straight?
A: The edges are not rectified. -
Q: is there a coordinating bullnose?
A: There is no bullnose at this time, but we do have a coordinating Pencil Liner.

Very happy with London Tile
Great job on the shipping. Very few damaged tiles. This flat finish tile is subtle and looks great. We used a light grey grout. Just be aware that this tile is a little bit thicker in the middle that at the edges (it's not perfectly flat). If you're going to use something like the Schluter metal trim, this can come into play because the cut tile edges can show if your trim is only as wide as the edge of the tile. We used 5/16 in. Schluter Jolly Edge matte aluminum trim on our backsplash edges and it looks very nice.

Great tile at a great price
I looked for a long time for matte tiles. This is a great size and shape. It arrived with one box inside damaged and Tilebar sent out the replacements right away. The tiles are beautiful. There were a few flaws- I have a very picky installer- but the overall effect is just what I wanted. Now, to finish the rest of the kitchen!
