1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: What trim do you use for portmore glazed ceramic tile white?
A: I used the .6 x 12 porcelain liner that matched the tile color. Looks great! -
Q: Is this pencil liner glazed on all sides/edges?
A: The sides are glazed but the two end pieces are not.A: It’s glazed everywhere that shows. But I don’t have any ends showing. Everything terminates at a wall or counter. It’s been too long for me to remember what the end of a piece looked like. -
Q: Does this match Calacatta Marble polished white tile?
A: I would suggest one of our Calacatta pencil liners. -
Q: Would this match the portmore white tile well?
A: This is more of a true-white tile. I would suggest ordering samples so you can see the material in person.A: Looks like a good color match to me :) You may want to order samples to make sure you like both tiles together (considering the color and glazing) for your project area. Very happy with London Tile
Great job on the shipping. Very few damaged tiles. This flat finish tile is subtle and looks great. We used a light grey grout. Just be aware that this tile is a little bit thicker in the middle that at the edges (it's not perfectly flat). If you're going to use something like the Schluter metal trim, this can come into play because the cut tile edges can show if your trim is only as wide as the edge of the tile. We used 5/16 in. Schluter Jolly Edge matte aluminum trim on our backsplash edges and it looks very nice.

Great tile at a great price
I looked for a long time for matte tiles. This is a great size and shape. It arrived with one box inside damaged and Tilebar sent out the replacements right away. The tiles are beautiful. There were a few flaws- I have a very picky installer- but the overall effect is just what I wanted. Now, to finish the rest of the kitchen!
