Larger orders and delicate material, including most orders of porcelain tiles, may need to be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curbside delivery only.

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Love our new kitchen
Absolutely love how our kitchen update turned out. The rework plaster tiles look amazing and the subtle texturing really elevates our kitchen. This was my first time tiling and I was a little nervous I would ruin the tiles, but I was pleasantly surprised how easy they were to work with. I used both a tile scorer and a wet saw for different parts of the project and the tiles cut so easily without breaking. The texture did make grouting slightly more complicated, the first section I did was too large and the grout cured before I could get the lines as crisp as I wanted but the tiles were strong enough to withstand a little scrubbing as I cleaned it up. I finished the grouting in smaller segments and it turned out great. The shipping process was a little messy. About 1/3 of the tiles arrived broken but TileBar was great at shipping replacements without any hassle. Overall, couldn't be any more pleased!

LOVE this tile!! As soon as I found it I knew I had to get it. The texture is so unique to anything else I've seen. I ordered samples of three colors first before deciding to go with the grey blue (looks dark grey) instead of black because our cabinets are black and this would give a tiny hint of color difference. My husband was thrilled with the final result. (Home still being renovated but the tile is installed!!)
