A: This tile doesn't have any accompanying stair treads at this time. A contractor may be able to cut a mitered corner. -

Q: Could the Chevron tile be used as a kitchen countertop? It seems pretty smooth and I don't think it would be too hard to clean. Any particular reason why that's not a recommended use?

Just regular tiles cleaners working for me, I used them on the floors -

A: Yes, we grouted when we used for flooring.A: Yes, you need to use grout.A: yes, you would grout the outside of the tiles using a joint no greater than 1/8".

This is a larger scale porcelain tile so technically it can be used on your shower floor, however I would recommend a smaller scale tile on floor (perhaps a mosaic) and this type of tile on the walls if you would like.
This is because shower floors usually have slopes and it can sometimes be challenging to cut larger scale tile to accommodate this scope. It might also disrupt the pattern of this lovely chevron tile.

Looks great and isn’t too slippery.A: We used it on the wall with a 24x48 tile on the floor. We used the schluter system with a trough drain. Find an installed that knows what they are doing and you’ll be happy till the next pintrest you look at.A: Its very large pieces. Its porcelain so that can be used in a wet area, however, a shower floor has slopes you need a smaller tile to accommodate the slopes.

Fantastically HUGE tiles!
MASSIVE tiles! I was surprised when the delivery came. Make sure to order more than 15% extra. With these gigantic tiles, 15% might not actually give you any extra. I had exactly enough, and with enough patience was able to get everything perfect first try, but an unskilled tile setter might want a few as a backup.
They look fabulous installed, though! Well worth the effort. Just be cautious if you are DIYing, they are a bit of a bear to cut and install. -

Gorgeous large format tile!
Gorgeous tile. Love the limited grout lines. Contractor did not have any issues installing. The style does make a niche tricky...but we decided to use the same quartz as the shower floor so it wasn't an issue for us. Easy to keep clean. Just a note - the individual tiles are heavy. I think they come 2 tiles/box (approx 180 lbs per box).
