Did you order too many tiles, or were you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. TileBar is happy to accept returns within 180 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].

2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.

3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

  • All TileBar installation instructions are suggestions. Specific installation questions should be brought to a local tile professional.
  • Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
  • Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
  • Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.
  • Ensure proper Safety – PPE (ex: Gloves)

  • Q: Can this go on a fireplace?

    A: Yes, we’ve had this tile on our bedroom fireplace for four years.

  • Q: How best to clean it and what do you use?

    A: We use this tile as an outdoor kitchen counter top. We use a mild dish soap and hose to clean, if it gets dirtier than we use wet it and forget spray as an exterior cleaner, 3 years later and still beautiful.

    A: These are a nominal 1" wide. I would suggest ordering a sample so you can see the material in person.

    A: The recommended cutting method is to use a wet saw with a diamond blade. Edges can be sanded smooth after cutting.

    A: This tile is heat resistant and can be used behind a wood stove as long as it is not in the direct heat of the stove.

    A: Yes it can be. Use a diamond polishing pad after the cut and it will be smooth as butter

    A: We didn’t try any miter cuts but it does cut well just using a dremel saw and tile blade.

    A: Yes, I believe so. We used it as an outdoor countertop. We did not do any angled cuts, though. We wanted to match pattern on the corners as a mitered corner, but it wasn't a perfect square corner to make the angle. Happy everyday that we went with that tile. It really looks like wood.

    MASSIVE tiles! I was surprised when the delivery came. Make sure to order more than 15% extra. With these gigantic tiles, 15% might not actually give you any extra. I had exactly enough, and with enough patience was able to get everything perfect first try, but an unskilled tile setter might want a few as a backup.
    They look fabulous installed, though! Well worth the effort. Just be cautious if you are DIYing, they are a bit of a bear to cut and install.

    Gorgeous tile. Love the limited grout lines. Contractor did not have any issues installing. The style does make a niche tricky...but we decided to use the same quartz as the shower floor so it wasn't an issue for us. Easy to keep clean. Just a note - the individual tiles are heavy. I think they come 2 tiles/box (approx 180 lbs per box).
