3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: what grout does to photo for marino use?

Q: Has anyone had luck cleaning it? Mine has lots of white stains on it after it was installed. After using water, I tried paint thinner and then acetone, and nothing seems to remove the stains.
A: We would recommend cleaning it with our Laticrete Revitalizer 2-in-1 Citrus Scent Cleaner and Sealant Spray for Natural Stone & Grout. Also, keep in mind that this tile is intended to have that worn-in façade. If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at [email protected]A: Hmmm. I don’t have any white stains in mine. I do have a chip that is white. Are you sure they’re not tiny chips? -

Q: Can this be used on the shower floor??
A: Yes I used it in my walk in shower floor -
Q: Can this tile be mitered?
A: This material is a porcelain, you are able to miter cut it. -
Q: Is the color on the edges chipped off some? Hard to tell from the photos if the color is consistent all the way to the edges or are they made to look a little rustic with some of the color chipped?
A: The edges of this tile are made to be rustic-look. I would suggest ordering a sample so you can see the material in person. -
Q: What color grout did you use? Light grey, dark grey? Tan? So many colors in the tile that it is hard to choose. Thanks!"
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Silver Shadow Grout.A: I used whitish/gray because I had white vanity, sink & toilet.A: We used a light grey grout and love it. Area we put the tile is bathroom floor and it's a lovely color, we get so many compliments on it!A: light greyA: If you are putting on a floor, or behind a range, places that are higher traffic, or have the ability to get dirty, I would go with a darker grey, but if you want to be able to see the shape of the tile, go for a lighter grey. -

A: We are using delorean gray. We have the tile on the wall, grouting this week. Using as an accent wall around a freestanding tub.A: Hi,
I used white grout because it was put down on a bathroom floor and my shower, toilet, sink & vanity are all white. I can pics if you’d like to see it. The BR is not totally finished but you’ll get an idea of what it looks like.

Gorgeous tile that makes a statement!
Absolutely gorgeous. I could not be happier! My tile guy thought they were high quality and easy to install. I love the distressing on the edges, adds so much character and also disguises any inconsistencies in the installation - which we really didn't have! When toothpaste or splatter gets on them, they are super easy to wipe clean. I cannot think of any downside!
