1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: If using on a bathroom floor , is the jeweled onyx porcelain easy to walk on / not slip and not cold underfoot on bare feet ? ( would have bathmat by shower and cozy rug on top of tile in sinks area. …. Love this look!! .. hope not extremely slippery -& not icy cold on bare feet ??

In theory, anything could be slippery when wet, so slightly depends on the usage, or upkeep. If installed on concreter it is colder than installing on a crawl space or installation on a second floor heated above and below. You could always put it on a heated floor.A: Only if you do a matte finish. The glossy large format tiles are slippery when wet. I only use gloss on the walls

A: Any polished tile can be slippery when wet, so care is needed around wet environments.A: I mean, they’re large tiles, so with less grout lines they could be considered more slippery than a smaller more classic bathroom tile. I probably wouldn’t choose it for the bathroom of an elderly person. Aside from that, in non bathroom spaces, or in the bathrooms of non elderly people, I wouldn’t consider it an issue.A: I purchased the Dream White 24x48 polished porcelain and have not had any slip issues. The polished finished looks awesome!

Treat yourself
It is hard to choose tile online, but this stood out to me. It is simple, clean and elegant. The tile transformed our fireplace from what was once a dated, tired, unused fireplace to a pleasing, often used fireplace.
