3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- All TileBar installation instructions are suggestions. Specific installation questions should be brought to a local tile professional.
- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.
- Ensure proper Safety – PPE (ex: Gloves)
Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: How hard is it to keep clean as cooktop backsplash?
A: Hi Teresa! You can use it as a backsplash. We recommend sealing it annually to help with stain resistance and to maintain the integrity of the tile. -
Q: Can this be used on a glass fireplace?
A: This material can be installed as a fireplace surround, we would suggest sealing it to keep it fresh!

Great fireplace tile!
We love this tile on our fireplace. A few notes: first we didn't order enough of the tile but tilebar was amazing at getting us more tile from the EXACT same lot so it matched! If there's a reason to skip the big box and go w/ tilebar this is it. The delivery came on a palette which was a bit hard to dispose of (just FYI). In terms of veining, yes there was much more gold streaking on actual pieces than we had on the sample, which is small. What we didn't realize is that there is a pattern to each large format tile -- i.e. the ridges are NOT uniform, and doesn't really repeat on a single tile, and need to be matched-- this is why even with 20% overage we had to order I think two more boxes of tile-- to finish the side of our fireplace we needed a separate piece for each slim vertical piece. If the ridge pattern were uniform we would have been able to exact more out of the tile we'd ordered. Also, we found a grout that had glass pieces in it to match the shimmer of the tile and make the lines less obvious.

Fluted texture fantastic - but more veining + contrast than expected.
This marble is truly lovely! It brought such personality and contrast to a recent client bathroom remodel. The fluting is just as we hoped and brings a modern edge to a timeless material. The only criticism I would share for others sourcing, the veining was sharper and heavier than expected. We ordered physical samples at *two different times* with hopes of feeling confident in the likely level of veining. Unfortunately, the sample sizes were only small, 2x4 pieces and neither one showed any veining at all. When our shipment arrived, the pieces had heavy veining throughout. This created a bit more graphic movement than we had wanted - but it still looks very nice and the client is happy. To summarize, if you want a closer to solid charcoal/black material, this is likely going to bring more pattern and visual interest. But, if you're wanting that - this will be a homerun. Photos I took are uploaded to help!
