Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. Did you order too many tiles, or were you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. TileBar is happy to accept returns within 180 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].

2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.

3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Made in Italy, the Paint collection exudes a grounded yet earthy presence. Twice as long as traditional subway tile, softly beveled edges add contemporary flair to the elongated shape, while a soft color palette provides a range of expression, from minimalist to calming blue.   • All TileBar installation instructions are suggestions. Specific installation questions should be brought to a local tile professional.
  • Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
  • Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
  • Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

  • Q: What color grout is recommended?

    A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Slate Gray Grout

    A: We used Slate Gray as recommended online. Tile was used in our kitchen remodel for the backsplash. It turned out beautiful!

    A: We used a light gray. It works well but looks different when it gets wet. It appears much darker when wet but dries lighter. We used this tile on our raised spa and waterline. I can send pictures if you need them.

    A: I used white. My tile is a backsplash in the kitchen, so it is usually in the shadows and appears darker. The white grout looks great with white cabinets.

    A: I think we went with a light gray. I am using this tile in a walk in shower for the walls. I have Sherwin Williams Pure White on the walls. I have a dark blue 12x24 tile on the floor. The light gray seemed to work best with the overall scheme.

  • Q: How would you finish an exposed edge with this tile?

    A: We don't have a corresponding trim piece for this collection at this time. I would suggest our Essential Metal Edge Strip; https://www.tilebar.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=essential

    Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout.

    A: Depending on the thickness of the tile you can use a aluminum trim, it should be at least the same height of the tile, not less.

    A: I use a coordinating schluter strip - they are available at big box stores. I coordinate them with either the plumbing fixtures - if it is a kitchen or bath, if it is a dry bar or laundry or other area with no plumbing I match the tile, light fixture or door/cabinet hardware!

    A: This Paint series tile doesn't have bullnose that I could find; instead used 1/4" Schluter aluminum edging for unfinished sides of kitchen backsplash.

    We're mostly through install of the verde in our shower but haven't grouted yet. Delivery went well and our product survived travel well. The coloring is consistent but not cookie-cutter. I think it has slightly more blue undertones than yellow - I wouldn't totally trust the stock images. Order a sample! I didn't even have this as an option until my designer brought out a sample when I was visiting their office in person.

The variation in glaze on each tile is stunning and adds interest.     The pop of color is a soothing contrast against the white and greige cabinetry and compliments the grey and brown veins running throughout the quartzite. Bianco white is altered by the sunlight throughout the day changing from grey to brownish grey. The tiles were stacked to emphasize the kitchen's clean, modern look.
