1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Does thus have a bullnose tile?
A: We don't have a matching bullnose, but we can suggest a trim piece to complete the edge. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be glad to verify this information for you.A: No, we used a grey Schluter trim and it looks great! -
Q: Does this come in smaller dimensions?

Q: Is there a bullnose? If not, how would you recommend edging?
A: We used a pencil edge trim in a white stone color. Very happy with how it turned out.
Also found a wall paint to match called Benjamin Moore’s Nantucket Gray (though it’s mostly green).

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout.A: We weren’t able to find a matching bullnose, however we found a grey colored Schluter that matches really well! Q: what thickness of thinset / what notch trowel is recommended for install?

Q: I'm assuming when you buy this tile in a box, it comes in assorted shades like the photos for the verde? The sample I got is one color, just double checking
A: I ordered (8) boxes for a Client. We have not installed it yet but did open a box up and it's consistent in color. There is not a high level of variation. The tile is gorgeous and we can't wait to get it installed.A: Ours in our master bathroom doesn’t look like the photo-it’s actually pretty consistently colored. But, the aqua color is glossy and beautiful and still pretty neutral. The texture looks handmade. We love it!A: We purchased 3 boxes of the Verde and expected different shades too, but they were all the same. The color variation for us comes in from the kitchen lighting and time of day. Sometimes the tiles look very gray and other time very green while most times somewhere in-between. We love the finished look.A: One color but it gives a watercolor effect so you seem some soft variations.A: What we received is very consistent with little to no color variation.A: We bought the Tera Cota. Q: Why are these listed as porcelain online in the specs but the box lists it as ceramic tiles??
A: Hmmm good question. That would make a big difference on where you can use them.

Order the sample
We're mostly through install of the verde in our shower but haven't grouted yet. Delivery went well and our product survived travel well. The coloring is consistent but not cookie-cutter. I think it has slightly more blue undertones than yellow - I wouldn't totally trust the stock images. Order a sample! I didn't even have this as an option until my designer brought out a sample when I was visiting their office in person.

Obsessed.
We used this gorgeous tile for a feature wall in our bathroom. I love the larger subway tile size since we wanted to use it on an entire wall. The variation in glaze on each tile is stunning and adds interest. We also used the Saint Remy Avorio White Limestone Look Matte tile on the walls and floor with the Kaitlin Blond Oak Vanity from Tilebar. We worked with a Tilebar free design consultant to explain our vision and help pick out everything and Keke freaking delivered!! Highly recommend

The pop of color is a soothing contrast against the white and greige cabinetry and compliments the grey and brown veins running throughout the quartzite. Bianco white is altered by the sunlight throughout the day changing from grey to brownish grey. The tiles were stacked to emphasize the kitchen's clean, modern look. We think Paint Bianco is the perfect choice for our kitchen!
