3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

A: PERFECT match to Ash Beige is the Greige Schulter Trim purchased online at Lowes.A: Perfect Match for the Ash Beige was the Greige Schluter trim purchased online at Lowes. Installing it soon myself. -
Q: What does the back of the tile look like?
A: Like regular tile so your installer can install it -
Q: Does this tile hold up as a floor tile ?
A: No, it is recommended only for wallsA: I have only used it on walls, it’s stunning, but I don’t think it would be good/durable for flooring. -
Q: What is the recommended grout joint thickness?
A: We made the grout lines the same as the ribbed lines so they kinda disappeared.A: It depends how thick you want the grout lines, we recommend a minimum of 1/8th.A: 1/16, This will keep the grout joints a seamless as possible. -
Q: How many pieces are in a box?
A: This material is sold 2 pieces/box.A: I believe 2, but I’m not 100%. They’re quite large pieces so I think there was only 2 to a box. -
Q: Would this work as a kitchen backsplash?
A: This material is suitable for backsplash installation.A: I’m using it as one in a project! It’s going up in a few days.
