When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

A: We recommend our Laticrete Permacolor Sauterne Grout. -
Q: Is the porcelain fire rated to serve as a hearth?

Q: What would tile for the shower floor would look good if this tile was on the walls? Client is going with matte black plumbing trim and bench slab is black quartz. Thanks
A: For a lighter look I recommend DreamStone Carrara Giola 2x2 Matte Porcelain Mosaic for the shower with a Taupe color grout, and larger tile for the rest of the bathroom. If your client lives in an area with hard water that leaves white residue (limescape), then you might want to avoid dark flooring.A: I would do a tile floor in the same color as Enzo with a larger pattern or stone/pebble for spa look.A: I used Fordham Nero Black 24x24 on floors, and coordinating 2x2 on shower floor and loved how it turned out. I also used the Enzo as full height backsplash countertop to ceiling on the vanity wall to tie it in to the shower. Loved my experience and this tile is elegantly natural looking.
As you can see from the photos, the Enso tile in Ash Beige is stunning and I love the texture. It feels very spa like and brings in a natural feel to a space. The size of the tile was a huge selling point for me as I hate grout and wanted to reduce the amount of it as much as possible. Make sure you really line up the pattern for your installer and double check at all times. My guy did an entire wall and didn't notice one was upside down, luckily I caught it in time. I also did not go to the ceiling because of the pattern and needing to cut a tile right through the middle for that space, but I semi-regret not going up to the ceiling. It is 9' ceilings so the shower is still 8' high. I think the quality of this tile is worth the price. I also loved my rep, Laurie Brown from California. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and when the first order failed to arrived due to a truck accident in the snowy mountains, she was very quick to get me a new order out. This tile feels like a win for me as a new designer and I will continue to look to tile bar as my business grows. (Remember to grab samples for the light of the space!)

Great tile?rough freight
