Can I take samples home with me?
Absolutely. We maintain a sizable sample library at all our showrooms so that you can take whatever samples you need.
Is everything shown on your website also available at showrooms?
Yes, if it’s on our website, you will find it in our showrooms. Occasionally, when new items are launched it may take longer for them to arrive in our showrooms.
Will I work with the same person at each visit?
Yes. We want to ensure a smooth process from inspiration to installation. That’s why we pair you with a design consultant on your first visit and for any follow-up visits. That person will be your single point of contact until your project is complete.
Do I need to bring anything with?
You are welcome to bring anything that might make your visit more productive, including floor plans, inspirational photos, paint or furniture swatches, etc.
What should I expect when I visit?
A TileBar design consultant will walk you through every step of your tile journey. They’ll recommend options based on your style and preferences, and tailor a solution that works for your vision, budget, and timeframe. If you’re coming with an interior designer, we’ll assist him or her to ensure the right samples are pulled for review.
Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
No, you do not need an appointment. However, appointments are recommended as our showrooms can become quite busy.
Can I pick up and/or return my order at a showroom?
We do not offer delivery or returns at our showrooms but are proud to provide quick direct-ship options and 180-day returns. Please see our general FAQ for details.
