New Year's Eve Countdown Cocktail
Ingredients
| 1 oz | Bacardi Superior White | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 oz | Triple Sec | |
| ½ | Lime, juice of | |
| to fill | Prosecco | |
| garnish | Kumquat |
Directions
1. Combine white rum with triple sec and freshly squeezed lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Put kumquat into a champagne flute, pour the mix and top with prosecco.
3. Serve & enjoy!
