Ingredients
| 1 oz |     | Patron Tequila |
|---|---|---|
| 1 oz |     | Agave Syrup |
| 3 oz |     | Grapefruit, juice of |
| ¼ |     | Lime, juice of |
| garnish |     | Jalapeño |
| to top |     | Sparkling Water |
Directions
| 1.    | Place 2 jalapeño slices in a shaker, squeeze in the lime juice and muddle to release oils & flavors. |
| 2.    | Add agave syrup, tequila, grapefruit juice and ice. Cap the shaker, and shake until well chilled. |
| 3.    | Strain into a glass with ice and top off with soda water. Garnish with jalapeño slices and a grapefruit wedge. Serve & enjoy! |
