3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Does this tile require spacers? Or is it self spaced like a traditional Subway tile?
A: We suggest using spacers for this installation for symmetry in installation.A: Each piece is individual and would require spacers. -
Q: Is there a trim piece or quarter round that matches this tile?

Q: Can you use this for a fireplace surround?
A: This material is suitable for fireplace surround. This can not be used within the hearth.A: This tile would make a stunning fireplace surround. (Exterior surround area, not in the firebox itself). -
Q: Can this tile be used in a shower floor?
A: This tile can be applied/used for Backsplash, Bathroom Floor, Bathroom Wall, Shower Wall, Kitchen Floor, Kitchen Wall, Floor Tile, Wall Tile, Commercial Floor and Outdoor Wall. It is not recommended for shower floors. Additional information on this tile can be found under the "SPECS" and "INSTALLATION" tabs.A: I am an interior designer and I personally would not recommend it. I think it would be hard to get the slope that you need for proper drainage. There may be a specialty linear drain that it would work with perhaps. Hope this helps! -
