Larger orders and delicate material, including most orders of porcelain tiles, may need to be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curbside delivery only.
Did you order too many tiles, or were you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. TileBar is happy to accept returns within 180 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.
1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Are the lines brown or black?
A: Hi Kimberly! I just used these tiles in a bath reno and the lines are black. Looks gorgeous! -
Q: Can this be used for a swimming pool waterline?
A: This tile isn't rated for pool use, however it can be installed on outdoor walls. -
Q: The per box price seems signicantly different than the SQFT price. Does the box actually contain 100 sqft?
A: They came 20 pieces per box with a total of 8.06 SQFT per Box

Unique tile
This tile is absolutely beautiful. We tiled all four walls of a powder room and it is stunning. Note that there is variation in the color but this is what makes it special. We grouted it in a color that blends with the darker ribs.

Love this tile!
We used this tile in white on the wall of our master bathroom as a backsplash all the way to the ceiling. I had my tile guy cut each tile in half so that they were not as tall and I love the look! We chose not to grout between the tiles and my husband was worried it would be a dusting nightmare, but after 3 years, no problems. I saw a picture on Pinterest or somewhere where someone used this tile to do their entire shower walls in it and also behind their counter/sinks like I did mine, it looked amazing! I would have loved to do this tile for my shower walls, but its so expensive!! I think the tile is so interesting, it's worth it!

Beautiful tile! We used for kitchen backsplash. The color is darker than what is online (and darker than the sample we received) but it goes well with our midcentury/modern kitchen. Shipping was terrible - received several boxes of broken tile but getting replacements was easy and fast.
