3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Can this be used as a bathroom floor and can underfloor heating be installed under it?
A: I suggest checking with heating contractor re heating question; I used this tile as kitchen backsplash.A: We used it on the entire first floor of our 1963 townhouse which included kitchen, dining room, living room, and powder room. As for weather heating could go under, I don’t know of anything that would stop it from being used. -
Q: Two questions:
1. Can this tile be used for shower walls?
2. How thick is the tile?A: We absolutely love this tile in our shower. It makes a bold statement, and it goes with everything.A: Yes. We used this tile in our shower, and it's beautiful! It's 1/2 inch thick. -
Q: Can this tile be used as a countertop?
A: Hi Linda, yes you can.A: I got a message from tile bar asking me to look at your question because my husband and I purchased this a while ago. We used it for a shower surround, so I can’t really address your question. But I am under the impression that it is porcelain & I know porcelain is being used a countertops—porcelain needs a substrate because it is thin.A: Yes, its ceramic so its fine for countertop usage. -
Q: Is it slippery (especially when wet)?
A: I had assumed it would be when I purchased it. Have not had an issue with it in my shower personally.A: This tile is slippery when wet. We are working on removing the shower floor use from our specifications. I apologize for the inconvenience. -
Q: Can this tile be used on a shower floor?
A: Thanks for bringing this to our attention! This tile should not be used on a shower floor. We are working on getting this information on our website corrected.A: I didn’t —-thought it would be too slick for shower floor.A: My contractor said no - too slippery and would be too hard to cut/ lose the effect you want to slope it appropriately for a shower drain.A: It is a high quality porcelain tile. However, polished tiles can be slick in wet environments. It is great for flooring and wall covering otherwise.A: This tile is very slippery, so I wouldn't recommend it.
It doesn't meet the friction requirements for a shower floor. -
Q: is each tile the same pattern, or are there multiply printing ?
A: This tile has 8 different tile faces which mimics the look of natural terrazzo. It'll be difficult to find the pattern once installed. We recommend doing a dry lay to ensure the tile is installed without any noticeable pattern. -
Q: Any bullnose in this?

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout. -
Q: Could this work as a countertop?
A: I purchased it to use as an outdoor countertop. We just left it the thickness as is. But typically you would try to do a self edge…which then base color will show when doing that in the edge. Just heads up. Otherwise it has held up wel
