1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

A: make sure to use proper equipment to cut your tiles (wet saw, drill bits, snap cutter, or grinder).A: Yes but I would only do that for edge pieces. -

A: Yes, use proper equipment to cut your tiles (wet saw, drill bits, snap cutter, or grinder).A: Yes!A: Order a sample of this and also 2x10 hammered white ceramic tile you will find it almost identical. Both are handmade. But the 2x10 will give you the finished ends at 10” lengths.A: I put this tile in my shower in a chevron pattern. It’s gorgeous. The edges are finished so you won’t have consistency when cutting them down. I’d order a sample and see what you think. -
Q: Is Carolina Cloud 2x20 tile considered undulated?
A: I’m not familiar with that term, however I can tell you how the tile looks in my space. I looks slightly rustic with gentle random waves in the edges and face. My white tile is laid vertically with a dark grout and it gives me a sense of standing in a bamboo grove as we took the tile up 10 feet. Gorgeous.A: This product is not rectified.. Q: what do you use as a bullnose if you're doing kitchen backsplash cloud white herringbone style?
A: I purchased one. Search 'Carolina Bullnose'.A: We don't have a corresponding trim piece for this collection at this time. You can try adding a contrasting color from another collection. Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout. -
Q: Would you recommend a gray grout with the white cloud tile?
A: Definitely depends on the style and look you are going for. I tend to prefer grouts that blend in, rather than stand out. But If you’re looking for a high contrast look with your grout, I think gray would be lovely.A: I did white grout with the white cloud and I absolutely love it!
I suppose it depends where you're using it, but I have it on a counter wall (floor to counter height and to 5 feet) in my restaurant and plan to do it again as a backsplash in my home.A: Because it is hammered and handmade they are not 100% congruent so just make sure whoever is laying the tiles is using a laser to make the line perfectly straight because when you start to grout with a contrasting color it is going to show all imperfections. I personally did with arctic white but I was doing a fully white shower -
Q: Are there paint recommendations that would match pretty exact?
A: I have this tile installed on an entire wall in my kitchen. The paint I used is Sherwin William’s Pure White. Lighting can make a big impact. We do have a big window near.A: Paint colors change based on your rooms light. I used a pure white for the ceiling and Navajo white for the walls and both are close based on the lighting I have. -

Very glossy, more "salmon" in color than "coral"
I'd say this tile is more of a "salmon" color than a true coral. It definitely leans more pink than orange. Nonetheless, it still brings a warm, vibrant pop of color. I love it for my bathroom vanity backsplash!
