When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: How many sheets per box?
A: Our Cassie Chapman Eva White 4" Polished Marble & Mother of Pearl Arabesque Mosaic Tile is sold by the sheet. We suggest ordering according to the square footage required for your project. -
Q: Can these tiles be installed over existing glass backsplash?
A: We do not suggest installing material over existing material. Please install in accordance to TCNA guidelines.A: No you can’t. Thin set adhesive will not adhere to glass. -
Q: Is the pattern a gold or a rose gold, or a bronze , mixed with the marble?
thank you so much!A: its more of a mixture of rose gold and bronze. Just think of the inside of a sea shell or pearl.A: Hi Cassie...the color that outlines marble can be described as abalone shell. Its hard to describe but it varies in color and depending on the surroundings, it can pick up a lot of colors. If you google abalone shell, you will find pictures of exactly what it looks like. Its beautiful and very neutral.A: It's a darker gold,, definitely some pearly tones,, but when the light hits it,, it shines brighter gold. -
Q: I need 6 tiles, what amount should I order? Thanks for your help
A: This material is sold by the sheet. -
Q: Can this be used as a shower floor if it’s sealed?
A: This tile is not suitable for the shower floor. It is however suitable for Backsplash, Interior Wall and Shower Wall.A: I would not recommend that. The tile is beautiful, but has thin shell veneers in the design. I would only recommend it for a wall that is mainly for show.A: Absolutely not, and it’s too pretty and delicate to be stepped on, it’s mother of pearl!!!! Walls or backsplash only!!!A: I would say that it would be a dangerous choice because it would become very slick with the combination of soap, shampoo and water. -
Q: how big is a sample?
A: This sample is an estimated 4.1" x 6.7" -
Q: The specifications say wall only, but could this tile be used as a decorative 2'x5' "carpet" in the middle of the bathroom floor? It would not be in standing water.
A: This material is not suitable for floor installation.A: I wouldn’t recommend it. The shell veneer design is fairly thin and fragile. It would not hold up to foot traffic.A: The mother of pearl inlay is pretty delicate. I’m not sure it would hold up to being walked on for very long before it would chip off.A: I wouldn't recommend it for flooring. We tried putting this as a boarder on a bathroom floor and had to tear it out as it cracked when someone walked on it.A: Because if the delicate nature of the mother of pearl inlay I would be hesitant to use on the floor, great idea but be cautious!!! -
Q: would this stand up as a band in a shower surround? I am concerned about the effect a lot of water can have on Marble
A: This material is suitable for shower wall installation.A: I would not put this in an area that would need frequent scrubbing. The design outside the marble is made with thin veneers of shell. It is very beautiful, though.A: I've had this in my shower for nearly two years and it looks perfect. The band is up at a higher level, but I don't notice any change at all. I have it paired with large honed marble tile and it all still looks great with everyday use.A: I used it as backsplash in my kitchen so I can’t speak specifically to this tile however, I also used a marble tile in my shower and it has held up very well. Hope that helps.A: its fine

Still looks brand new 👍A: Sure it would do fine in a shower. I have all marble in my shower and it’s holding up nicely. It’s similar to the marble in this tile. I am using this tile as backsplash behind stove. -
Q: Would this go with Calacatta tile? Also, what is the size of each tile?
A: I don't have any tiles left or I'd measure but I recall that I accidentally over ordered because they are larger than 1 sq ft. The individual arabesque including the pearl border is 4.5". Yes, it goes with Calacatta. In fact, if I had to guess it looks like a mix of calacatta and carrera marble inside (there is a little gold in some of the tile). I used a calacatta pencil liner around as a border (well slightly bigger than a pencil, more like 1/2".A: YES!!! Used in a kitchen remodel and looks fantastic. Plan for some extra as pattern matching is necessary, but the tiles are larger than 12 x 12. Everyone who see's ti gushes about how beautiful it is. I went with Cambria quartz. You might find a picture on my IG account. - jerseycapeyachtsA: This would definitely blend with Calcatta marble!

Q: Do you have any idea when this would be available? Does it come to one tile per box?
A: This tile is sold by the sheet, not the box. Each sheet measures 13 4/5" x 13 4/5" and covers 1.32 Sq. Ft.
I would recommend calling the customer service center at 888-541-3840 for an ETA on this product. If the restock date works with your timeline, you can also place a pre-order for the product!

Beyond beautiful tile
This tile is beautiful. Love the lightness of the marble and how the mother of pearl brings in both warm and cool tones. The sheen of the inlay brings something special to the overall look without being distracting. We went with a professional tile installer and it was painstaking work as the tile is delicate and the pattern requires matching the cuts which leaves less flexibility. We ordered the recommended 10% overhead and it was JUST BARELY enough.

This mosaic is White and GREY marble with brown & beige tone mother of pearl design.
I was not happy with this tile & had to return it at a considerable cost. The reason is that even though the mosaic was pretty I did not realize that there were grey marble tiles in with the white tiles. I need white marble with the beige pearlized design. The sample only showed white marble & mother of pearl. As long as one can use grey in addition to white & brown tones this should be a beautiful mosaic.

Pure Luxury
I ordered the sample and there was nothing else to compare. This is luxury on steroids for a retail buy!!
The challenge was finding the center piece for over the stove that wouldn't look cheap nor compete.
I found that too. My tileman reworked the sheets of a small mosaic to fill the bill!!
