1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.
- Ensure proper Safety – PPE (ex: Gloves)
Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: is lava stone the same as cement? how does lava stone hold up in a shower?
A: Cement and lava stone are very different. In our order the cement was quite fragile and the lava stone sturdy. I can’t speak as to how it holds up in a shower. -
Q: can you match the color grout to the color tile?
A: This tile would go nicely with a light gray or a light cream grout depending on the other features in the room. We're happy to send you a pamphlet with our grout offerings to help you make that decision.A: In our guest bathroom, we used this beautiful tile with a very subtle white with gray undertone bed to accent the lava base color of the lava tile. However I think a similar pink to the color could work well.

In love with this Tile!

Best Blue Long Subway Tile
In a sea of blue tiles out there in the market, this was the one that worked best for us. Trust me, we looked at a lot of blue long subway tiles. Why we picked this: lava stone gave a unique, interesting texture. Tile was textured, but still flat (lots of others had profiles to them). Tile was glossy, but not too glossy. Tile finish had variation from tile to tile. It was also affordable. Not the cheapest, mind you. But hit the sweet spot for our project.
Customer service was first class. We had an issue with some variation in lengths, so they replaced some tile. This is one thing to note - the tile had some inconsistency in length, so my installers had to trim some tile to ensure clean lines. They got around some of this with cuts for partial tile lines. This drove some additional labor cost. Anyway, not enough to knock a star off. Like I said, customer services was responsive and took my concern seriously. Was really impressed with them. Would definitely recommend. -

Beautiful organic, modern tile
I wanted a matte, organic, modern tile and this is it! This tile has a slight handmade quality once installed, as the tiles are of *slightly* different thicknesses. We love this look! With the impregnator sealer, water beads up and wipes off. I even stain-tested some tiles before they were installed and sealed - oil and tomato sauce cleaned up about 90%. I'm not worried about staining. Will just have to reseal annually I think. We used bright white grout.

Expensive tile but you get what you pay for
This stuff looks amazing in person. Well worth the price. The only potential negative is that the tile has a cracked look to it that doesn't show up in the product pictures, otherwise these tiles will give your bathroom the pop you're looking for!

Beautiful Tile!
The tile is beautiful. Make sure you have a contractor that knows how to work with it. The people I hired weren't expecting to have to place one tile on the wall at a time ( I think they expected these would arrive in sheets). This caused a delay of several weeks.
Otherwise, I am so happy with the way it turned out. I ordered the same grout recommended by the Tile Bar website and it looks just like their photos. -
