1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

We love our Colorplay Inflex Gray tiles
We love our Colorplay Inflex Gray tiles. They pair so well with the rest of our color palette. We also love the dimension that they add and how they cast light about the space. They have been a perfect fit for our bar area and found it amusing that when the tiles were cut and placed farther up the wall (above our shelves), the shape embedded in the tile after they were cut looked like martini glasses, which seemed appropriate given where we chose to install them.

"Awesome" -- Colorplay Inflext White Tiles.
LOVE these Colorplay Inflex White tiles. We had them installed as a backsplash and they look awesome. We were lucky to need 18" length and these were perfect. Under a cabinet it would have been nice if we had under-counter lights as they would have taken on a more white color. The peaks in the center cast a shadow but since we have a white and tan kitchen they looks beautiful in any light. Love, love, love them. And everyone comments how "different" they are and how they've never seen something like that. That's what I was going for !! Thank you Tile Bar

The tile itself is beautiful but not always practical.
Tile with different dimensions should not be installed where it is likely that electrical and plumbing devices would be on the same wall, or if you are attaching something over the tile like shelves or mounts of any kind.

Fluted Gray Ceramic Tiles - Color Mismatch
I really liked the style of these tiles, and I received the tiles on time and intact; however, I had ordered a second box after receiving my first order (same exact order), since the original order I placed came up short, due to my own miscalculation, but the second batch I received was a different shade of gray, which I now have to live with. I recommend the tiles, just make sure the shades match, if you're getting more than one box.

Colorplay Inflex tile in shower turned out amazing
6 months later and it still doesn't get old using the shower where we installed the Colorplay Inflex tiles. We ended up making the decision to not cut any tiles since they're not flat like traditional tiles. Our bathroom turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Special thanks to Keke and the entire Tilebar team for helping us pick them out.
