1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Beautiful but fragile, possibly
The tile is beautiful; we used it in our shower and the texture and color are excellent. I have to deduct two stars because our contractor swears up and down that with twenty years of experience cutting tile, this one gave him more problems than any he's ever used. At the end our our project we are left with two cracks where our shower control valve sits. We had to order eight additional boxes of tile for the contractor to keep attempting tile cuts that would work. He swears it's not him, his tools or technique and since we are not experts ourselves and can see there weren't any other issues with the tile floor or wall he cut, it seems this tile might not be one you want a "cut out" in.

Looks natural, really beautiful!
I built a new house and purchased all my tile from Tilebar. Every order arrived without damage and in a timely manner. I purchased Era,12 x 24, Charcoal Black. It was installed in the primary and guest bathrooms, mud room, laundry room and pantry. I love it! It's has an extreme matte finish that mimics natural stone. I have never noticed a repeating pattern. I have dogs, it seems to be very durable. It is a bit difficult to clean, but paw prints and hair are less noticeable with all the subtle variations in the color.

Not for the clean freaks
Only a magic eraser gets the dirt out of the crevices in the tile . Beautiful color in the limestone version however we were shipped linen as well and didn't notice until the construction project was finished

New steam shower
Live in rural area with limited help in purchasing tile for new steam shower. I found the video visit worked great, loved the sales associate/ designer who thoughtfully aided in tile selection and mailed samples. Tile shipped and NO broken tile. Person who did tile work noted the era linen white was particularly nice to work with, pieces perfect and smooth against wall. For future project will save time and go straight to tile bar.
