1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

No "Olive" In This Tile
The tile looks good, but I thought it would have a little olive color. It does not have any tint of green. Yes, I did get a sample, but I thought maybe it would need a larger amount of tile to see the tint of green.
I purchased enough tile for 1400 sf house. The process of ordering was easy and shipment and delivery was on time. It was shipped to central Florida. However, I did get two boxes of broken tile even though it was packaged well. It worked out as we were able to use the broken pieces next to the walls. I did order the 10% extra as suggested and I have 2 or 3 boxes left over.
I would order from them again if I found a tile I loved and couldn't find it locally.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I really wanted a hint of green in the tile. -
