2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: How many 8x8 tiles in a box?
A: I don’t recall because it was awhile ago
I only used 6 tiles for an accent above oven
They are beautiful but a little delicate. Tile bar was excellent to work with. Best to calculate area you need to cover and order that way. -

Q: Do I need to seal this tile if used in a shower?
A: I have it in my bathroom. It's been 3 years now and it's not sealed. It looks great and I've had no issues. The tiles themselves have a light sheen or glaze on them.A: I have this tile in my shower as an accent wall. It doesn’t need sealed because it does have a glazed smooth finish.A: I used this tile on a fireplace. It would be fine in a shower & I don’t think it would need to be sealed. It has a glaze on it. -
Q: What color grout with this tile?
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Bright White Grout.A: If you do not want the grout to stand out, I would us a very light gray, try to match the light color of the tile. The tile is very nice, has a rustic modern lookA: We used the palest gray available. Almost a match to the background. -
Q: Is this tile slippery when wet? We are looking at an outdoor, covered porch application near a hot tub.
A: This material is a matte finish.A: It could be slippery. I only used it on my bathroom walls. -
Q: Does this tile have some black in it?
A: Looks mostly brown, I would say there is no blackA: Not jet black but dark charcoal.A: There is black in the tile, but it looks more dark brown because the pattern looks faded in area. So in the faded areas the black becomes lighter. Technically, there looks like there is black, dark brown and grey in the tile. I would definitely order a sample if you aren't sure.A: I would call it a dark brown. Best color match: urbane bronze from Sherwin Williams. I painted my bathroom door that color and it matches perfectly. The tile is gorgeous and looks amazing in my bath!A: Yes, it is a flat black or dark charcoal.
