1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Edge pieces?
A: I used white polished ceramic tile edge pieces.A: We can recommend our Manchester Dew Blue 2x12 Ceramic Chair Rail Liner or Manchester Dew Blue 3x12 Ceramic Bullnose. -
Q: Can I use this as pool tile band - outdoor full sun?
A: This material not suggested for outdoor, or pool use.A: Although we love this tile in our shower and it's holding up beautifully, I would not think it is rated as pool tile. Not thick enough. -
Q: Please confirm if this can be used for a waterline pool tile? Thank you!
A: This tile is not suitable for a pool waterline however you can search pool tiles on our website for alternative options.A: I believe that is a question not from someone who purchased this tile to use in a shower (beautiful by the way) but for the mfg to answer. I'd think it too fragile for outside in a pool, but I could be went.A: I would say no. Although a nice tile is substrate is very soft. Very easy to drill holes into and pretty fragile. Can you find a porcelain tile for your water line. My install was for a customers aging in place bath with several grab bars. I did fracture one tile by over tightening the grab bar screw. That would not of happened with a porcelain body tile..
