Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: What color grout do you recommend? What color grout is in photos? The sterling silver recommended on website looks blue? Are platinum or raven good option? This is for bathroom floor.

Q: Can you do a mitered edge around a corner with this?
A: I think it would be very challenging but not impossible with a good saw and steady hand. Matching it up might be the trickiest part. A Schulter corner would be a more sure result. -
Q: I used this tile for my bathroom floor. I have sealed it three times (natural look) and it still gets spotted from any product with oil. what do I do?

Q: We installed this in our shower. Does it need to be sealed? Our tiler said to seal it but wondering if it is necessary? If so what did you use?
A: We used this tile in our small guest powder room so it doesn’t get the shampoo, etc that your shower will. Honestly, neither my husband or myself can remember if we sealed it. It still looks great and we love it. I think I would take the advice of the answer above since she used in her shower. As long as it’s not slippery you’re good.A: Yes this definitely needs sealing after installation and then ongoing depending on how frequently the shower is used. Great tile. We have it on the floor of one shower and 3 years in it still looks amazing! Use a standard shower tile sealant.A: We used on powder room wall so sealing not an issue. Shower tile usually has to be sealed, yes. -
Q: How do you trim this if used for shower wall?
A: Hi! You can always use metal trims like the one below! We offered in different colors an shapes! -
Q: How do I best clean this?
A: For normal care and maintenance of stone tiles, clean stone surfaces with a few drops of neutral cleaner, stone soap, or a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. Use a clean soft cloth for best results. Too much cleaner or soap may leave a film and cause streaks. Do not use products that contain lemon, vinegar, or other acids on marble or limestone. Rinse the surface thoroughly after washing with the soap solution and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaners. -

Q: Can this be used for a fireplace surround?
A: This can be used as a fireplace surround, this should not be installed within the hearth.A: It could but I would think something with bigger pieces might look better. Grab a sample first. -

Great tile with amazing color depth
We really love this tile. It's small so be prepared to spend time with the install but turned out terrific for our project. We did the shower floor in this tile and for a dark grey it has nice depth.

Beautiful but problems with spotting
I love the look of this tile. I used it on my bathroom floor. Easy installation. Rustic but elegant look. I kept the natural grey look. I have sealed it three times. Water beads up on the floor (so it's sealed!) but it gets dark spots from any product with oil. I have yet to solve this problem. I am considering using a product to darken the tile :-( so that the oil stains don't show up.

Beautiful tile, but potential for efflorescence
Stunning tile, beautiful as a shower floor. Feels lovely on the feet. I used a sealer to keep the wet look and it's holding up beautifully. My one comment is that we are seeing efflorescence up through the tile, leaving white deposits. I am not knocking the rating for this as this is not unexpected for natural stone.

Darker once sealed
This tile is really beautiful. You can?t beat the feel of pebble flooring under bare feet in a bathroom. But the cut and arrangement of this mosaic make the tile a more modern choice than traditional pebble. I loved the unsealed grayish black look of the stone, but we quickly found that it would stain if any oils got on it (i.e. make up remover). So we had to seal it which gave it a darker look. Still worked for our color scheme and looked awesome, but different than the pictures above.
