1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Do you have this same basic white beveled tile with a bullnose edge? This is for an outside corner in kitchen

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout. -

Q: If I wanted to use trim with this, what could I use?
A: I would recommend either the bullnose or a metal schluter strip. -
Q: Other colors that are available?
A: This product is only available in white. -
Q: where is this tile made?
A: This tile is made in China -
Q: Do I need bullnose for the ends doing around kitchen window and will have the end of Backsplash ending on a larger wall?
A: The tile is already beveled. If you'd like to use a bullnose, you should try looking at the non-beveled version of the tile, instead. -
Q: does this tile come as individual tiles or in sheets?
A: These are sold as individual subway tiles, and they're sold by the sqft. -
Q: How many of these 3X6 tiles will be needed for a 27sq.ft. area?
A: This tile is priced and sold by the square foot, so you can just add your desired square footage to the cart. Please note that there is a minimum order requirement for this tile.A: you will need 216 tiles.. i always add 10% overage for my tile layers/contractors. so order 238 tiles and you should be good. hope this helps! -

Different than matching field tile
This has a different finish (more matte) than the supposedly matching field tile. If you are using it in a different plane, like in a niche, you can get away with it, but it is more noticeable if it is on the same plane as the field tile.
