1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Can this take radiant heat?
A: Yes, Los Lunas porcelain can absolutely take radiant heat. Porcelain is perfect for long term wear and conduction of in-floor heat. Just make sure to apply the tile professionally and according to the recommendations of the radiant heat manufacturer.A: We installed in-floor heat at our cabin several years ago and used this tile. It’s worked beautifully. We love how this tile looks as well. -

Q: Do you need to seal this tile?
A: Keeping an installation looking new is not as difficult as you may think. Regular cleaning of the area with a neutral PH non-acidic cleaner should do the job. There are harsher cleaners available in case of an accident, but they must be used carefully by following all instructions. Always test a non-visible area before using a product on the whole space. Use a sealer on the grout to protect it from dirt and stains.A: I sealed it because it is a shower installation and we have hard water. The tile looks great and has not picked up the white residue from the water.A: We did not use a sealer and installed this tile outdoors in Chicago. Two years later, it still looks great.A: We didn’t seal this tile as it isn’t porous. -

Q: What are the recommended spacing and grout type?
A: We used sanded grout with 1/4” grout lines.A: We used 1/8 inch spacing, and Mapei Warm Grey grout. It was for a fireplace, and it came out really amazing! -
