1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

I did not expect this and moved them into the bathroom instead of the kitchen (luckily was renovating both) as originally planned because it felt too chaotic. Don’t even notice it in the bathroom and they do look nice.A: The thickness varies only because of the surface texture,which is what gives these tiles such a great look. -
Q: Recommended grout joint size?
A: We recommend 3/16". -
Q: Can this be used in pool for water line?
A: Our Portmore White 3x8 Glossy Ceramic Subway Tile is not appropiate for pool application. -
Q: what color grout is recommended if I want to limit the look of the gray that is shown the above photos? I like the variation but don't love the gray tiles.
A: We used an antique beige color - it came out great!A: There is a lot of gray in this tile. I think the website falsely shows way more white than is actually in the tile.A: Antique White and Marble Beige are my favorite options to lean away from gray. -

Q: I cannot find any indications of Heat resistance or whether this is rated to be near/behind range in kitchen? Can someone indicate if this is an appropriate application (seems so by I don't want to assume)
