1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Beautiful but very slippery.
I purchased about 600 ft.² of tile for a large backyard lanai. Purchased three sizes to make a beautiful pattern. Overall, I'm very happy with it. It hides dirt. It looks absolutely beautiful. The only caveat is that when it's wet this tile is extremely slippery. I've lost track of how many times I've slipped especially after it's rained or we've cleaned it. I live in Miami Florida so in the summer it rains quite a bit. I would never recommend this tile for a pool area. I did check the specifications and it's rated for outdoor usage and it's supposed to be slip resistant.

This is the most perfect bathroom floor. It does not show any dirt yet very easy to clean. It doesn't look pretentious; it looks laid back like it's not trying too hard but it looks gorgeous all the same. The colors are gorgeous. Greys, beiges, even a little blue in there, really pretty. The size is lovely. We added a heated floor underneath. It's the best bathroom I've ever had.

I used the Pergamo Beige in 12x12 and 12x24 in my kitchen and I absolutely love it! It took me several months to find a qualified installer but wow, it was so worth the wait. It is so unique; no two tiles are the same and I love the color and texture variation. I had them lay the tile in a random pattern and love it. This tile gives an 'old world' look that is just gorgeous and it works perfectly with my distressed cherry cabinetry.
