2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Perfection!
I spent three years looking at this tile - Splash Glacier White - online before I was finally ready to re-do my kitchen, so I already knew what I wanted. Ordering was easy, and the tile arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It's even prettier than I expected it to be. The colors change depending on how light hits the tiles. They go from pale blue, green, purple, and yellow in low light to bright irridescent versions of those colors with a coppery cast in brighter light. I had the tiles installed about two weeks ago, and I keep walking into the kitchen just to look at them. Also, I somehow ordered too much, and when I called Tilebar to ask about returns, the representative (talking about you, Andrea!) was incredibly kind and helpful, and answered all of my questions so professionally. She gave me advice on something that I hadn't even thought about. Everything about this experience was positive. I absolutely love the tile and the customer service is excellent. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

We have had the occasion to use Tile Bar for our last couple of projects and all of the materials have been phenomenal. The best experience ever has been with this glass mosaic tile that we used in a new kitchen build as a backsplash.
