1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Which trim tile matches the Gris colorway?
A: I used a white grout and white schluter trim and it looks awesome.A: I did one wall of my shower and I used schluter trim to finish it of. Beautiful!A: Are you planning to use this as a backsplash tile? Have you considered Schluter trim? It's a clean way to finish the outside edges. -

Beautiful tiles, very good service, but issues with broken tiles
We love this tile. It looks great on the bathroom floor and in the shower niche. Tilebar shipped it very quickly, but 3 of the 4 boxes contained some tiles with broken corners even though the boxes were well padded and they showed no signs of mishandling during shipping. Tilebar quickly shipped replacement tiles, which was great, but even the brief delay pushed back the completion of our bathroom renovation.

This tile is so worth it!
I just redid my kitchen and I get so many compliments on this tile. It is fun, but also kind of classic looking. I used charcoal grout and it looks so good! One tip if you're using dark grout?according to my flooring guy there was some kind of film on the tile so he had to some back and clean it as it with Lime Away wouldn't wipe off easily.

Beautiful gray tiles that aren't boring
Love these tiles! I was looking for a gray tile with some detail to it but I didn't want anything too busy or too modern either and this was a great option! Only thing that I would have liked if the tiles were a a bit bigger. Maybe 10x10 or 12x12 instead to reduce the busyness of the pattern. But overall it is beautiful and just what I was looking for.
