1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].

3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Hi, how do I clean this tile? I have it on floors and walls. I’ve been told to use a mild detergent but what mild detergent? Thank you!
A: A little dish soap goes a long way!A: We use Murphys oil soap.A: Hi! I have it on floors only. I use my steam cleaner after sweeping and I usually put about a drop of Mrs Meyers cleaner into my steam cleaner (1/4 teaspoon) and it works well.

Terrazzo for the win!
I fell in love with this tile months prior to this install. When the perfect client showed up I was able to add it to their bathroom remodel. They fell in love with the green glass mosaic from another store and i was skeptical that it would work with this terrazzo in the beginning as it does not really have green in it. But, we persisted and put it throughout the whole floor for continuity and came up with such a peaceful spa/mid century modern vibe.
They say it is not at all slippery in the shower and wiles up easily. It feels so good on bare feet. -
