3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Is there something to put over the tile when finished , like a glaze or sealer?
A: We recommend our Laticrete Natural Look Stain Protecting Sealer for Natural Stone. -
Q: Can it be used in shower floor?
A: This tile has the following suitable installation areas; Backsplash, Floor Tile, Kitchen Floor, Kitchen Wall, Wall Tile, Bathroom Floor, Bathroom Wall, Shower Wall, Shower Floor, Outdoor Wall, Commercial Floor, Pool TileA: I used this tile on a bathroom floor. It is thick, high quality porcelain. You could use it anywhere you could conceive of using tile, as long as the size is appropriate. Sloping 9" hex towards a center drain might be challenging. I'd assume you are using a linear drain at one side if you are planning on using a tile this large for a shower floor.A: Yes, you can use this tile for any floor application, including outdoor areas. It has some texture which makes appropriate for wet areas :) -
Q: Can this be used for fireplaces?
A: This tile is heat resistant and suitable for installation on a fireplace surround, however this in not suitable for installation within a hearth.
